Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• For defective PANERO items, exchanges and returns are handled via official LINE in Japan and by email or chat for overseas customers. Return and exchange shipping costs will be covered by us.

• Depending on the reason, (wrong size, no longer needed, condition worse than expected, minor dirt or damage, wear-related dirt, odor, color mismatch, custom orders, and other cases) cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges may not be accepted after order placement. As each piece is handled with care, minor marks or small flaws may not be considered defects. Please review carefully before purchasing.

• Additional fees beyond the item price may include bank transfer fees, consumption tax, shipping, customs duties and local taxes, and importer fees for overseas orders, as well as return shipping, customs duties, and consumption tax for exchanges.

• While we provide accurate size guidance, slight differences of around 1~3cm may occur due to individual product variations, construction, and materials. Please understand in advance.

• In case of initial defects (exchange), if you do not contact us and return the item within 7 days of delivery, we may not be able to assist you. Please understand in advance.

• Size exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be tried on only, with the paper tag still attached. For shoes, exchange is limited to indoor wear only. If the requested size is out of stock, an exchange may not be possible. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the exchange item has not been shipped within 7 days, the exchange cannot be accepted. Customers who wish to exchange should contact PANERO via official LINE.

• For BOX items, offered at a special price, size exchanges are not available for items outside the ¥99,000 BOX range. Also, items without sizes are not available. Please review the details carefully before purchase and place your order only after agreeing to the terms.

• Some items we carry are used items. (Excluding PANERO brand items) If an item is judged to have fine damage beyond the range of used condition, we may not be able to accept a return. Please understand this in advance.

• Delivery may be delayed from the scheduled date due to shipping issues. Please understand in advance.

• Address changes after shipping can only be handled immediately after your order. However, if shipping preparation from our warehouse has already been completed, changes cannot be accepted even if no shipping notice has been sent. Please note that changing the address may also require a reroute by the courier and may incur additional forwarding charges. In that case, the recipient will be billed for the forwarding fee.

• If an item is returned to us due to absence, refusal of delivery, or similar reasons, it will be held for 30 days from the date of return. If we do not hear from you within that period, the item will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.

• At PANERO, all items are photographed before shipment and inspected to prevent swaps and confirm condition. Please understand in advance.

Shipping Window: In-stock items ship as soon as the same day. If payment is completed by 12:00 PM, same-day shipping is available except on Sundays and public holidays.（※ Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays ship the next business day.）

Made-to-order items ship within2-5 weeks.(If made-to-order and in-stock items are purchased together in one order, the shipment will be sent after the made-to-order item arrives.)

Even for in-stock items, availability is shown by size. For example, if M, L, and XL are marked in stock but only S is available due to stock shortages or similar reasons, the order may still be registered as S only. In that case, only the S size will be produced and delivered in about 2–5 weeks. Please check the product page, cart, and order screen for details.
