- 8. Disclosure of Personal Information
- If you request disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will verify that the request is made by you and disclose it to you without delay. If the relevant personal information does not exist, we will inform you of that fact. However, this does not apply if disclosure is not required under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws.
- 9. Correction, etc. of Personal Information
- If you request correction, addition, or deletion of your personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, we will verify that the request is made by you, conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, make the correction, addition, or deletion as appropriate, and notify you of the result. If we decide not to make such changes, we will inform you of that decision. However, this does not apply if we are not legally obligated to make such corrections.
- 10. Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
- If you request that we suspend the use or delete your personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the published purpose of use or was obtained through false or other unlawful means, we will verify that the request is made by you and, if the request is justified, promptly suspend use or delete the personal information and notify you. However, this does not apply if we are not legally obligated to suspend use or delete it.
