- We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information, and supervise employees as needed to ensure secure management. - When you request disclosure of personal information based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will confirm that the request is made by you and promptly disclose the information to you. If the relevant personal information does not exist, we will notify you of that fact. However, this does not apply where we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.
- 9. Correction, etc. of Personal Information
- When you request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will confirm that the request is made by you, conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, make the requested correction, addition, or deletion based on the results, and notify you of the outcome. If we decide not to make such changes, we will notify you of that decision. However, this does not apply where we are not obligated to make such changes under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.
- 10. Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
- When you request suspension or deletion of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the publicly announced purpose of use or that it was obtained by deceptive or other unlawful means, and we determine that the request is justified, we will confirm that the request is made by you, promptly suspend the use of the personal information or delete it, and notify you of the outcome. However, this does not apply where we are not obligated to suspend use, etc. under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.
- 11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
- Our services may use cookies and similar technologies. These technologies help us understand how our services are used and improve them. Users who wish to disable cookies can do so by changing their browser settings. However, disabling cookies may prevent you from using some features of our services.
