A. In-stock items ship as soon as the next day after payment is confirmed, and within 3 business days at the latest. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will ship on the next business day. Made-to-order items ship in about 2 to 5 weeks. If in-stock and made-to-order items are purchased together, the order will ship after the made-to-order item is ready.

A. It may have been sorted into your spam folder, so please check again. If you still cannot find it, please contact PANERO’s official LINE. *If you selected convenience store payment, the order will be canceled automatically after 3 days, so please note.

A. Please contact us right after placing your order. However, if warehouse preparation has already begun, changes cannot be accepted even if no shipping notice has been sent.

In some cases, a change may also trigger a reroute at the shipping carrier and additional forwarding fees. If that happens, the recipient will be charged, so please understand in advance.

A. We will send the billing amount by email and SMS to the registered contact from the 1st to the 3rd of the following month. Please pay at your selected convenience store by the 10th of the billing month. You can check how to use Paidy here.

A. After your order is complete, we will send an email with the payment method, so please pay at the convenience store you selected when ordering. If you do not receive the email, it may have been sorted into your spam folder, so please check again. If it is not there either, please contact PANERO’s official LINE.

A. Returns are not accepted. Size exchanges are accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be lightly tried on, still have its tags, and shoes must be tried only indoors. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us via PANERO’s official LINE to arrange the exchange.

A. We do not have a permanent store. However, we do host limited-time pop-up stores several times a year, where you can see and purchase items in person. Try-ons are also available. Opening periods are announced on our online store and official SNS channels, including LINE and Instagram.

A. Even in-stock items show availability by size. For example, if M, L, and XL are listed as in stock but only S is marked available, it may already be sold out and listed as made to order. In that case, only the S size will be produced after the order, and shipping will take around 2–5 weeks. Please check the product page, cart, and order screen for details.

A. We provide worldwide shipping. For international orders, we use Japan Post or Yamato Transport, with delivery in about 5–10 business days. Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items take 2–4 weeks to ship. If you have any questions, please contact us.

A. Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are available. If you would like to exchange SIZE, please contact us via Instagram or LINE chat. Exchanges are accepted only for unused items that have been tried on once, and the customer must cover both return shipping and reshipping costs. Please include a note with your name, order number, and the exchanged SIZE. *If the item is confirmed to be unused and not tried on, we will return it. Please send the exchange shipping fee via PayPal.
