A. Immediate delivery items will be delivered within 3 business days at the earliest after payment is completed. (Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be shipped the next day.) Ordered items will be shipped within 2 to 5 weeks. *If made-to-order items and immediate-delivery items are included in a single purchase, the items will be shipped after the ordered items arrive.

A. Please check your spam folder as it may have been categorized as such. If you have not received the email, please contact PANERO official LINE. *Please note that your reservation will be automatically canceled 3 days after you select convenience store payment.

A. This can be done by contacting us immediately after placing your order. However, please note that if the preparation for shipping from our warehouse has been completed, we will not be able to accept any changes even if we have not been notified of shipping.

Additionally, when making changes, the delivery company's corresponding office may change and transfer costs may be incurred. In that case, please note that forwarding costs will be charged to the recipient.

A. We will notify you of the billing amount via your registered email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month. Then, please pay at the designated convenience store on the 10th of the billing month. You can check how to use Paidy here.

A. After completing your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions, so please pay at the convenience store you specified at the time of ordering. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder as it may have been sorted into your spam folder. If the email is not categorized in your spam folder, please contact PANERO official LINE.

A. Returns are not possible. Size exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. At that time, the product must be tried on, the tag must be present, and the shoes must be worn indoors. Please note that the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Reception will be done on PANERO official LINE, so please contact us.

A. There are no permanent stores. However, you can actually pick up and purchase the products at the POP-UP store, which is a limited-time store that is held several times a year. Of course, you can also try it on. The opening date will be announced on the official online store and each SNS (LINE, Instagram).

A. Even for immediate delivery items, the stock status is displayed for each size. For example, even if M, L, and XL sizes are displayed as ready-to-order, only the S size may be marked as a made-to-order item due to reasons such as being out of stock. In that case, only size S will be made to order and will take approximately 2 to 5 weeks. Please check the product page, when adding to cart, and when placing an order.

A. We provide worldwide service. For International Customers, we offer Japan post or Yamato Transport (Approx.5-10 business Day) Most orders will leave our warehouse in 3-5 business days.(prompt delivery goods) It will take 2-4 weeks for built-to-order to be shipped. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

A. Returns are not allowed. Exchange is possible. If you want to exchange SIZE, Please contact us. (Instagram or LINE chat) We will only accept SIZE exchanges if the product is an unused item that has only been tried on, and if the customer agrees to pay for the return shipping fee to and from the customer. At that time, please include a piece of paper with your name, order number, and SIZE after change. (*If the product is found to be unused and has not been tried on, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will return it. Please transfer the exchange shipping fee to PayPal.
