In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays ship on the next business day.

Made-to-order items ship in about 2–5 weeks.

If in-stock and made-to-order items are ordered together, the order ships after the made-to-order item is ready.

Orders paid by convenience store payment will be canceled automatically after 3 days.

Please contact us right after placing your order. If warehouse processing has already started, changes cannot be made even if you have not received a shipping notice.

Any address change may also cause a rerouted shipment fee, which will be charged to the recipient upon delivery.

We’ll send the billing amount by email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month. Please pay at your selected convenience store by the 10th of the billing month.

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached. Shoes are accepted only if tried on indoors. Round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us via PANERO Official LINE to request an exchange.

We do not have a permanent store. However, you can see and purchase items in person at our limited-time POP-UP STORE, held several times a year. Fitting is also available. Event details are announced on our online store and social channels, including LINE and Instagram.

Even for in-stock items, stock status is shown by size. For example, a product may appear in stock in M, L, and XL, but if S is sold out, S may be listed as made-to-order. In that case, only the S size is produced to order, and shipping takes about 2–5 weeks. Please check the product page, cart, and checkout screen for details.

International orders are shipped via Japan Post or Yamato Transport, with delivery in about 5–10 business days.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order items ship in 2–4 weeks.

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are available. If you would like to exchange SIZE, please contact us via Instagram or LINE chat.

Exchanges for SIZE are accepted only for unused items that have been tried on, and return shipping both ways must be covered by the customer.

Please include a note with your name, order number, and SIZE after change.
