In-stock items ship as soon as payment is completed, usually the same day to within 3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays ship the next business day.
Made-to-order items ship in about 2 to 5 weeks.
If in-stock and made-to-order items are ordered together, the order will ship after the made-to-order item is ready.

If you selected convenience store payment, please note that the order will be automatically canceled after 3 days.

Please contact us right away after placing your order. However, if shipment preparation from our warehouse has already been completed, we cannot accept any changes even if a shipping notice has not been sent.
Please also note that changes may incur a forwarding fee depending on the carrier and destination.

We will notify you of the amount by email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of next month. Please make payment at your selected convenience store by the 10th of the billing month.

After your order is complete, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please pay at the convenience store you selected when placing your order.

We do not accept returns. Size exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be tried on only, with tags attached. Shoes are accepted only if worn indoors. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not have a permanent store. However, you can see and purchase items in person at our limited-time POP-UP stores held several times a year. Try-ons are also available. Event dates will be announced on the official online store and our social channels, including LINE and Instagram.

Even for in-stock items, stock status is shown by size. For example, if M, L, and XL are marked in stock, but only S is sold out, the item may be listed as made-to-order because the S size is out of stock. In that case, only the S size will be made to order and delivery will take about 2 to 5 weeks. Please check the product page, cart, and order screen for details.

For International Customers, we offer Japan post or Yamato Transport (Approx.5-10 business Day)

Most orders will leave our warehouse in 3-5 business days.(prompt delivery goods)
It will take 2-4 weeks for built-to-order to be shipped.

We will only accept SIZE exchanges if the product is an unused item that has only been tried on, and if the customer agrees to pay for the return shipping fee to and from the customer.
