Shipping Within Japan

Convenience store payments are not available for transactions of JPY 300,000 or more.

Payment Timing

Payment must be made in accordance with the terms and timing specified for each payment method.

For credit cards and other immediate payment methods, payment is generally processed at the time the order is placed.
For convenience store payments, bank transfers, and deferred payment methods, payment must be made by the deadline specified by the applicable payment service provider.

Delivery and Shipping Time

In-Stock Items

In-stock items will be shipped within three business days after payment has been completed.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items will generally be shipped within two to five weeks after payment has been completed.

If an order contains both made-to-order and in-stock items, all items will generally be shipped together once the made-to-order items are ready.

Please note that inventory availability and estimated shipping times may vary by size, even for the same product.

For example, even if sizes M, L, and XL are listed as available for immediate shipment, size S may be treated as a made-to-order item due to being out of stock or for other reasons. In such cases, only size S may require approximately two to five weeks before shipment.

Please check the availability and estimated shipping schedule for each size on the product page, when adding the item to your cart, and/or during the checkout process.

Please note that shipment or delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs clearance, air freight or international shipping delays, carrier circumstances, production conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

How to Purchase

Select the desired product from the relevant product detail page, proceed to checkout, enter the required information, and complete payment using one of the available payment methods.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns for reasons attributable to the customer once an order has been completed.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to: incorrect sizing, no longer wanting or needing the product, differences between the customer's expectations and the actual condition, color, or texture of the product, minor stains, scratches, or loose threads, stains, odors, or damage occurring after the product has been worn, or products that have been customized, altered, or adjusted.

If an incorrect item has been delivered or a clear initial defect attributable to us is confirmed, we will provide a return or exchange. In such cases, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product. We will bear the shipping costs required for returns or exchanges resulting from an error on our part.

Size exchanges will only be accepted if you contact us within seven days of receiving the product and the item satisfies our prescribed exchange conditions. Round-trip shipping costs associated with a size exchange shall be borne by the customer.

Lucky bags and other BOX products are sold at special prices; therefore, size exchanges are not accepted, except for the JPY 99,000 BOX.

Cooling-Off Period

The statutory cooling-off system under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to mail-order or online sales.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to the conditions stated on this page and the provisions separately established in our “Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy.”
