About returns, exchanges, and cancellations

・Exchanges and returns in the event of a defect with PANERO will be handled via email. In that case, we will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

・Customer convenience,(We are unable to cancel, refund, return, or exchange orders due to incorrect size, unnecessary items, condition worse than expected, very small stains or scratches, stains after being worn, smell, fraying, color not as expected, customization, etc.). Also,Since we are dealing with handmade products, slight scratches, fraying, etc. are not considered defects.Please double check before purchasing.

Necessary charges other than the product price: Bank transfer fee, consumption tax, shipping fee, customs duty/local tax (only for customers purchasing from outside Japan), shipping fee, customs duty, consumption tax for exchanges

We strive to provide accurate size information, but due to individual differences in products, manufacturing methods, materials, etc.1~3cmThe degree may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

・Please note that in the case of an initial defect (exchange), if we do not contact you or return the product within 7 days after receiving the product, we will not be able to respond.

Size exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. At that time, the product must be tried on, the tag must be present, and the shoes must be worn indoors. Please note that we may not be able to accept exchanges if the exchange size is not in stock. Please note that the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please note that we will not be able to accept exchanges if it has been more than 7 days since the replacement item was shipped. Lucky bag products (BOX types) are offered at special prices, so we do not accept orders other than ¥99,000-BOX.We cannot accept size exchanges.Please check the contents and understand them before purchasing.

・Some of the products we sell in our shop are used items.(PANEROExcludes branded products) usedPlease note that we may not be able to accept returns if our store determines that there is minor damage that cannot be avoided as it is a product.

-Delivery may be delayed from the scheduled date due to cargo delays. Thank you for your understanding.

・Address changes after deliveryThis can be done by contacting us immediately after placing your order. However, please note that if the preparation for shipping from our warehouse has been completed, we will not be able to accept any changes even if we have not been notified of shipping. Additionally, when making changes, the delivery company's corresponding office may change and transfer costs may be incurred. In that case, please note that forwarding costs will be charged to the recipient.

・At PANERO, we take photos of all products during pre-delivery inspection to prevent replacement and to confirm product condition. Thank you for your understanding.
