About returns/exchanges/cancellations

・Exchanges and returns in case of defects in Panero will be handled by e-mail. In that case, we will bear the shipping cost for the return or exchange.

・Cancellation/refund after ordering due to customer circumstances (wrong size, no longer needed, condition worse than expected, very small stains or scratches, stains after wearing, fraying, color is different than expected, etc.) Returns and exchanges are not possible. In addition, since we handle hand-made products, we do not consider minor scratches or fraying to be defects. Please check again before purchasing.

・Although we strive to provide accurate size information, there may be a difference of about 1 to 3 cm from the listed size due to individual differences in products, manufacturing methods, materials, etc. Please note.

・In the case of an initial defect (exchange), please understand that we cannot respond if there is no contact within 7 days after the product arrives.

・We only accept size exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. At that time, the product must be tried on, the tag must be attached, and the shoes must be indoor shoes. Please note that we may not be able to accept exchanges if the exchange size is not in stock. Please note that the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Reception will be done on the official PANERO LINE, so please contact us.

・There are used items in the products we handle at this shop. (Excluding Panero brand products) Please note that we may not be able to accept returns if our store judges that the item is a used item with minor damage that is unavoidable.

・Delivery may be delayed due to cargo delays. Please note.

・Address changes after delivery can be handled by contacting us immediately after ordering. However, please note that if the preparation for shipment from our warehouse has been completed, we will not be able to accept changes even if the shipment notification has not been sent. In addition, when changing, the corresponding sales office of the shipping company will change, and there is a possibility that transfer costs will be incurred. In that case, please note that the transfer fee will be charged to the recipient by cash on delivery.

・In order to prevent replacement and to check the product condition, etc., we take photos at the time of inspection before delivery of all products at PANERO. Please note.
