Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

In the case of defects or errors on PANERO's part, we will handle returns or exchanges via chat or our official LINE account. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for both return and replacement.

・We do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons, including but not limited to: incorrect size, change of mind, product condition differing from expectations, minor stains or scratches, wear after use, odors, fraying, color discrepancies, customized items, etc.

As we offer handmade products, small imperfections such as slight scratches or loose threads are not considered defects. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

・While we strive to provide accurate size guides, actual measurements may vary by approximately 1–3 cm due to individual product differences, production methods, or materials. Thank you for your understanding.

・For items with initial defects, please contact us and return the item within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept claims beyond this period.

・Size exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn (only tried on), with all original tags attached. For footwear, indoor-only try-on is required.
Please note the following:
 ・If the requested size is out of stock, the exchange may not be possible.
 ・Customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.
 ・If more than 7 days have passed since the initial delivery, the exchange will not be accepted.
 ・Exchange requests must be submitted via PANERO’s official LINE account.

・For Lucky Box (福袋) items, due to their special pricing, we do not accept size exchanges except for the ¥99,000 Box. Please review the contents and terms before purchasing.

・Some items sold in our store are used or vintage, except for PANERO-branded products. If we determine that minor damage falls within acceptable range for second-hand items, we may not accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.

・Delivery may be delayed due to shipping carrier or logistical issues. Please allow extra time and understanding.

・If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
However, once shipment preparation has begun at our warehouse, we cannot make any changes—even if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.

In some cases, changing the address may result in transfer to a different shipping zone, which may incur additional forwarding charges payable upon delivery.

・For quality assurance and to prevent item switching, we photograph all items during inspection prior to shipping.
