In-stock items ship as soon as the next day after payment is confirmed, and within 3 business days at the latest. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will ship on the next business day.
Made-to-order items ship in about 2 to 5 weeks.
If made-to-order and in-stock items are purchased together, the order will ship after the made-to-order item is ready.

*If you choose convenience store payment, the order will be automatically canceled after 3 days if payment is not completed.
We can help if you contact us right after placing your order. However, if shipping preparation has already been completed in our warehouse, changes cannot be made even if the shipping notice has not been sent.
Please note that changing the delivery address may also change the carrier’s service area and result in a forwarding fee. In that case, the recipient will be charged for the forwarding fee, so please understand this in advance.
We will notify you of the billed amount by email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month. Please complete payment at your selected convenience store by the 10th of the billing confirmation month.

Returns are not accepted. Size exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in try-on condition, with tags attached, and shoes must be tried on indoors only. Please note that round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us via the official PANERO LINE account to request an exchange.
We do not have a permanent store. However, you can see and purchase items in person at our limited-time POP-UP stores held several times a year. Fittings are also available. Event dates will be announced on our official online store and social channels, including LINE and Instagram.
Even for in-stock items, stock status is shown by size. For example, if M, L, and XL are listed as in stock, but only S is sold out, the product may still appear as available for order. In that case, only size S will be made to order, and delivery will take about 2 to 5 weeks. Please check the product page, cart, and order screen for details.

For international orders, shipping is handled by Japan Post or Yamato Transport, with delivery in about 5-10 business days.
Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days.
